Group bookings at Boulder Lab
For groups of 10 or more climbers: we require that you submit a Group Booking Form to provide us with the necessary details of your visit.
For groups of 20 or more climbers: we also require two weeks notice prior to you attending to ensure we have appropriate staffing to cater for a large group. For no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours the bookee will be invoiced $50 to cover the cost of any additional staffing that was required.
All groups over 10 who have booked and provided two weeks notice get free shoe rental for anyone who needs.
Kindly note that all climbers must have a signed waiver before commencing their climb. To ensure a seamless experience and to save time, we highly recommend that all new visitors complete the waiver prior to their visit.
