Advanced Strength training workshop

The Advanced Strength-Training Workshop is a course developed by ex Elite-level powerlifter and coach Sarah Mckinnon.

This is a one-off two-hour workshop for more advanced strength training off the wall that directly translates to being stronger on the wall. 

It is for the climber(s) with a little more strength training already under their belt to move onto more specific and challenging strength and power movements that carry over to climbing. 

If you can do 8-10 bodyweight pull-ups but don’t know how to progress this movement, keep getting injured, or have never done climbing-specific training then this might be the course for you. 

In this workshop you will be taught how to train safely, efficiently, and optimally for advanced strength gains. 

Who: The class is catered for climbers who consider their level of strength training to be intermediate or above (unsure of whether this is you? Call one of our facilities and speak to a staff member to find out if this workshop, or the Fundamentals of Strength is better suited to your current level of training)
