Fundamentals of Strength Training for Climbing

The fundamentals of strength training is a course developed by ex Elite-level powerlifter and coach Sarah McKinnon.

The class is all about learning the fundamentals of off-the-wall strength training for climbing in a small group environment.

This course is designed to help you get strong off the wall and address any muscular imbalances so that you can utilize this strength on the wall, and stay injury-free.

In this one-off, 2:15 hour workshop you will be taught how to train safely, efficiently, and optimally for full-body strength gains. The class is catered for anyone from beginners who are starting their strength training journey for the first time, to intermediate trainers who want to optimize their training and learn new techniques

Who: For climbers who want to develop their understanding of strength training to improve their climbing.
